The Innovation Award honors a woman who has significantly contributed to her field through innovative solutions that improve the well-being of people, places, opportunities, or conditions in the East Bay. She achieves measurable results and utilizes creative problem-solving to implement cutting-edge strategies and approaches.

Eligibility Criteria 

  • Must be a woman working in the East Bay
  • Must have at least 5 years of professional experience
  • Must demonstrate measurable community or organizational impact and improvement through her innovation
