The Center for Empathy and Emotional Intelligence (CEEQ), founded by Misha Safran, focuses on how empathy and emotional awareness enhance relationships at home, work, and in communities. CEEQ aims to improve team dynamics and foster self-leadership through CAPE©: Compassionate Communication, Positive Intent, IDEAB principles, and Empathy before Accusation.

Our leadership trainings promote open dialogue, individual belonging, and the role of empathy and emotional intelligence in creating positive, joyful environments.

At The Center for Empathy and Emotional Intelligence (CEEQ), we help educators and caregivers build sustainable well-being, resilience, and connection through empathy and emotional intelligence.  We have found that emotionally supported teams provide the best care and education.

Founded by Misha Safran, CEEQ strengthens relationships by improving team dynamics, reducing burnout, and fostering self-leadership through our CAPE© framework (Compassionate Communication, Positive Intent, Principles of IDEABJ, and Empathy before Accusation).

Through interactive workshops, ongoing coaching, and tailored well-being programs, we create lasting systems that encourage open dialogue, trust, and belonging.
